Using Insurance

Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy/Therapeutic Massage is typically covered by auto insurance carriers in Pennsylvania. In most cases, you’ll be able to receive needed treatment without any out-of-pocket expenses, including copays. A medical prescription and other forms will be required, so please contact me to discuss your specific situation.

Sessions covered by insurance are 60 minutes in length.

Forms of Payment Accepted

All major credit cards
Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle
Flex Spending (FSA) & Health Savings (HSA) Accounts

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Therapeutic massage is an eligible expense for FSA/HSA pre-tax spending for the treatment of injuries, illness, pain management, and stress-related conditions.  A prescription from your physician might be needed, so it is recommended that you contact your Plan Administrator to find out for sure.

Tipping: As a therapeutic service, all session costs are comprehensive, and tipping is neither required nor expected.

Important Payment Information: If payment is not successfully processed (e.g., due to a bounced check, invalid credit card, or similar issue), or if third-party billing is required (such as Auto Insurance or Workers Compensation), or in any instance where payment is not received within 2 days of the service date, the full professional rate of $35 per 15-minute increment will be charged for the session time.
