Experience the calming effects of sound in a simple, accessible way. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, this guided session helps your body relax, your mind settle, and your breath find a steady rhythm.

Much like the natural ease you feel when listening to ocean waves or early morning birdsong, this experiential journey uses sound to guide you toward a meditative state—without the effort of trying to “quiet” your mind. It’s a practical, science-supported way to release tension, improve focus, and restore balance in both body and mind.

How It Works:

 

During a Sound Bath Journey, you’ll be immersed in a sequence of tones and vibrations specifically chosen to help your nervous system shift into a state of rest and repair.

  • Physically: The vibrations help release muscle tension, support circulation, and promote deep relaxation.

  • Mentally: The rhythmic patterns of sound can quiet mental chatter and improve clarity.

  • Emotionally: Some participants experience the release of emotions that have been stored in the body, creating space for a greater sense of calm.

There’s nothing you need to “do” other than get comfortable and allow the sound to work for you.

Meet

Anita:

Anita is a myofascial therapist, wellness strategist, and educator with over a decade of experience helping people relieve pain and reconnect with their body’s natural wisdom. Her approach is precise, respectful, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel good in both body and mind.

She has trained in sound healing under Monique Mead, an internationally recognized violinist and Carnegie Mellon University educator who bridges music and well-being. Anita blends her deep understanding of the body with the therapeutic power of sound to create experiences that promote relaxation, emotional release, and whole-body balance.
